Live Life Organised- Consulting Agreement

Agreement between: _Melinda Ferrier_(Consultant) and you (Client) whereby Consultant agrees to provide Organising Services (as described below) for Client using the KonMari Method .

Responsibilities:

1. Consultant agrees to provide guidance, support and encouragement, by using the KonMari Method to assist client with organising home, office or other location as determined by the parties.(Organising Services).
2. Client is responsible for decisions what to keep and what to discard. Client will dispose of all discarded items. Consultant will not accept discarded items.
3. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and create the time and energy to participate fully in the Organising Services.

Schedule & Fee: As outlined in the Checkout

Procedure: The time of the sessions will be determined by the Consultant and Client based on a mutually agreed upon time.

Confidentiality: This Consulting Agreement, as well as all information that the Client shares with the Consultant as part of this Agreement or in the performance of the Organising Services, is considered confidential between the parties.  The Consultant agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent unless otherwise required by law. 

Cancellation Policy: The client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Consultant 24 hours in advance of the scheduled sessions to reschedule the service. 

The client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Consultant 48 hours before the scheduled sessions to schedule the service.   If the Client cancels the service 24 hours before the scheduled session they can request a 50% return of the cost of the session.

Limited Liability: Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the Consultant makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Consultant be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages.
