Over the course of 12 weeks I will guide you through these modules.

 
Module 1 - Mindset and Intention

You will develop a decluttering mindset, your vision and ideal lifestyle and learn about emotional attachment and the power of reflection.

Module 2 - Clothing

You will learn how to determine what sparks joy, successful decluttering strategies, storing principles and how to overcome roadblocks.

Module 3 - Clothing Accessories

In this module we cover decluttering and organising strategies for accessories and what to do with items we are letting go of.

Module 4 - Books

We cover decluttering and organising strategies for books, how to overcome roadblocks, maintenance strategies and the power of gratitude.

Module 5 - Papers

We master decluttering and sorting strategies for paper, how to store and organise, and procrastination and how to overcome it

Module 6  - Mindset

This module is dedicated to mindset with a focus on our thoughts, feelings and actions.

Module 7 - Komono/Miscellaneous Part 1

In this module we examine decluttering, sorting, storing and maintenance strategies for the vast komono category.

 Module 8 - Komono Part 2

In this module we master your kitchen: food, cooking tools, eating tools

 Module 9 - Sentimental Items Part 1

In this module we develop and understanding about sentimental attachments, how to approach sentimental Items, special considerations, honouring and preserving items and storing and displaying strategies.

Module 10 - Sentimental Part 2

In this module you learn how to deal with photos and sentimental papers

 Module 11- Beyond Physical Items

In this module we examine digital clutter, and declutter your schedule and activities.

 Module 12 - Mindful Living

This module includes maintenance and mindful living strategies, and dealing with Items belonging to others

Cultivating a Mindset for Lasting Transformation

Decluttering your home is not just about tidying up; it's about transforming your mindset. To achieve sustainable change you need to begin from within, and so that's why we dedicate significant focus to cultivating a mindset that supports your decluttering journey. By exploring the psychology behind clutter, identifying emotional attachments, and developing a positive relationship with your possessions, you will lay a solid foundation for lasting transformation and a clutter-free lifestyle.

Embracing Mindful Decluttering and Organising Principles

The second thing you need is a framework for mindful and joyful decluttering and organising. In this program we dive deep into Mel's Method which combines the core principles of the KonMari Method with my training and experience in psychology to guide you to recognise and cherish possessions that spark joy and serve a purpose in your life. We also consider the significant impact of our emotions and past experiences. Through practical exercises and personalised guidance, you will learn to understand why you are holding on to items, and to confidently let go of items that no longer serve you, allowing your space to breathe and reflect the essence of who you are. By embracing my method, you will experience the empowering shift towards intentional living and surround yourself only with belongings that truly bring you joy.

Mindful Living and Sustainable Systems

The third thing you need is to develop the art of organising and establishing sustainable systems. It is important that you design a personalised organising strategy that is  tailored to your unique lifestyle and needs. We will extend intentional living beyond physical clutter to consider time management, digital decluttering, routines and maintaining your clutter-free space in the long term.  By implementing intentional and sustainable systems, you will not only enjoy an organised home but also contribute to a more mindful lifestyle.
